Here is my latest recipe. I can’t believe I haven’t posted since last week. I have so much to tell. But for now, here goes:

Coriander Chicken

This marinade is designed for about 4 lbs. of chicken.

6 T soy sauce (I use lite soy sauce as it is less salty)
1 T Honey
1 tsp. finely ground coriander seed
2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. tumeric
cayenne pepper to taste

Marinate chicken in above mixture for about 2 hours. Cook and enjoy.
