Okay, it is still Thursday, so I still have time to put my recipe up, Terri! It’s not like I have had a busy week or anything, but now I am getting harassed for not meeting up to your expectations. So here goes – and this one was worth waiting for.

Chicken Huntingdon

2 cups cooked chicken (cut up)
1 to 1 and a half cups small shell macaroni (uncooked measurements)
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1/2 cup yellow cheese (Velveeta type is best)
3 to 4 cups broth
1/4 to 1/2 cup flour.

Cook macaroni and drain. Combine chicken, macaroni, and cheeses. In a pan heat broth and thicken with flour. Cook till thick. Pour onto chicken mixture and put into casserole dish. You can top with bread crumbs browned in margarine if you like. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
